Thus in that kind of case I would defiantly recommend medicine, just so you could have a break and regain some control. Because being in that sort of anxious state, you are unable to think practically, therefore it would be extremely hard to gain control of your ideas.

Another way to treat anxiety is to read all you can regarding anxiety. Accumulate as much knowledge that you can, so when your body starts to display the signs of anxiety, you will be far better prepared for what goes on.

A lot of people when they have a panic attack usually believe they are going into cardiac arrest, which just goes to add to the anxiousness. Therefore the more knowledge you have the better able you are to prevent it spiralling out of control.

The ultimate way to treat anxiety is to have a counsellor or personal coach. They can assist you understand your anxiousness and where it has come from. A very important thing about anxiousness is, that it is a thought that you have created.

Once you realize that it is your thoughts that have created anxiousness, then you can certainly do something about it.
