Okay, as you might have guessed from the title of my article, I am going to show you how to improve English speaking even though you have no access to real native speakers, and even if you're from a poor country. Fundamentally, all you will need to improve your English speaking skills at your home are mostly these three: a PC or MAC, Internet connection, and great motivation to work and learn.
First point, I am fairly sure that just like most English learners you may feel shy or insecure about your bad English. I have not a single idea why you even permit such thoughts to exist in your mind, though. You certainly do not feel shy about not knowing Russian or Dutch, do you? English language is just one of the numerous languages that people speak, and it simply so happened that it became the most popular language of our today's world. The point I'm trying to imply here is that you must stop feeling insecure about your inability to speak English well. Become a little more confident, to paraphrase, and stop beating yourself up - there isn't any benefit in that.
Second thing, I'm fairly sure that you have Internet access, or else you would not be able to read my article. Well, if that's how it is, then I will tell you with full confidence that you can very easily improve English speaking abilities at home, for completely free (not including the cost of the Internet access itself, naturally)... You've got access to the limitless amount of English materials just thanks to your connection to the world of Internet!
